Many people are really fucked up!!!! I mean who the fuck will go around shoot up and go and kill an innocent person! Peoople on death row should not be killed.... they should spend the rest of their life in a six-foot cubic room and live in darkness and they should feel as if they were not to wake up the next day then they will be out of their hell! If a person does kill another then the victim's family should have the right to choose the penalty if the person dies from another person killing them or has them live in a hell which they have created themselves. The problem is many of the inmates that are in the cell will be able to figure out how to kill themselves and not have to live with the guilt. I have figured out a solution to this problem. Take the inmate and put him in the cell with no cloths so he can not strangle himself. Also inmates have smashed their head into the wall to crack open their scull so they will die. I will have a lining of sugar glass put on the outside of the wall. What sugar glass does is it is easy to break so if they try to hit their head on the wall then the impact will be cushioned by the sugar glass and they will have to walk and sleep on the glass. And sugar does not break in big enough pieces to where they can kill themselves by slighting their wrists. People ask murders why after the first kill do they go and kill other people? Henry Lee Lucas was asked this one day and he replied "The penalty is going to be the same.... you can't kill a man twice."
